Honda Activa
Late Delivery of Vehicle

I have booked a Honda Activa at the dealers show room of the company M/s. Anshdeep Honda, Rajnandgaon at 19 January. Booking Receipt No. is 1249 in the Name of Nikhil Kothari & the booking Amount is One Thousand Rupees. Date of delivery is 10th of March & Tentetative Date of delivery os 30th of March. But till today I had not received the Vehicle & any satisfactory response from the Dealer. I had called the Dealer several times & personally visited at the Show Room. Every time I call or visit they are providing us the new date of delivery of after 2-3 days but no satisfactory feedback has been given by them the owner is generally not on the showroom the staff use to say we cant say ur booking no. is 19 then they changed it to 21 the vehicle has not camed from the company etc. all the time the are providing us a new reason. I want to complaint about the dealer & want vehicle as soon as possible or to give me penalty for the late delivery.
