EXIDE battery not working from last three month withing warranty period

From last 3 month Sharayu honda Uran. showroom removed battery for the purpose to claim on Exide battery company.two times Exide vendors with blind eyes refuse give new battery against the claim Although battery was in not working condition. From last 3 month with further followup with showroom we are not getting New Battery for the same. Arrange to give new battery immediaty.

Also suggest for very good scooter like Honda Activa why inferior qulity battery installed. It create bad reputation for Honda vehical.

pls do not put such batteries to honda Activa & install good Battery with good service providing battery vendor.
