Poor 2nd service and duplicate accessories

Sir,

I am Engineer Puneet Kumar Purchased Activa (Rs 50, 357) from Honda Company from om honda Automobiles, obra dated 19/4.My Residential address is sector A, Qtr no. 10B/D3 jaypee township. when i purchase activa he promise me to fix original accessories but he fix duplicate accessories take Rs 3100 for orignal accessories and I have been facing lot of problem from my 2nd service. he do poor 2nd service the following thing not do during the servicing of activa

Not wash and clean the activa (after service he said come again for washing)

Not inspect and clean the secondary filter.

Not clean or adjust the spark plug.

Replace the engine oil in 2nd service which is not in your instruction manual.

NOT clean crank case breather.

NOt check the emission level.
