Harassment in the services and not giving the Tool kit with the delivery of Activa

I took a delivery of Honda Activa DLX on Dated 26-08 through Dealer M/S P Paradase Honda, Chanderbani, Dehradun.

It is surprised to note when Its 1st service was due that is within 1 month that its billing date was mentioned 23-08 that is before 3 days of my delivery and when i took it for first service hey said it is now lapsed and u have to pay Rs 200 as a paid service.

2ndly I have not been given tool kit when the vehicle was delivered and written on the service book that it is due by the sales manager, but it is still due so for inspite of my 2 visit to the dealer for the same

It is all harassing and a strict action should be taken against such erring dealer by the Honda company who turnishe their image.
