Inordinate delay in delivery of vehicle

My name is VVM Krishna. I had booked Honda Activa at Sri Kanakadurga Automobiles, Vijayawada by paying an advance of Rs 1000, on 07 May. Till date there is no sign of delivery of vehicle. There are complaints by local people everything is not fair in the trade practice of this dealer. The time given to me is a maximum of 90 days.
