Not getting delievery

I have booked your Honda Activa on 13-05-10 with a booking amount of Rs1000

from prateek honda, hansi-

and paid Rs 40000 on 10-9-10

they promised me to give delievery on 14-9-10.

now whenever i go to recieve my dilivery he said we will diliver it on monday and bla bla,

please do something in this matter,
