Honda Activa
Non delivery after 10 months

Dear sir, i myself chetan bhansali residing in kandivali . i have booked my honda activa dlx on 15/02 @ om sai autoworld . malad (west). they hve promised me to deliver it in 6 months .thn on in november they told me to make full payment. which i hve made by chq. no. 000078 dated 12/11 in favour of om sai autoworld amt. 49801.00 . on the payment day they promised me to deliver my activa in 20 days but till date i hve not received my scooter . plz help me in this matter.
