Not receive delivery of Activa Scooter last five month after booking

Respected Sir,

My name is Sham Bhanot. I have booked my red active scooter on 27 sep. But your dealer Sarvpriya Auto Ludhiana have not delivered me the active till now. They refuse me to provide the active in red or white colour. I ask them a lot of time about my active scooter but they refuse me to provide it from last one month. One thing is very important which I want t to tell you that they sale active scooter on Black and pressurize to buy accessories form their outlet which is wrong. Kindly solve my problem as early as possible. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
