Mileage, pick up and service

Sir,

I'm Rajmal jain I bought Honda activa scotty on 04.07.2009

With extra warranty card of rs 649... reg no: Ap26AD 0697

I HAVE GIVEN 4 TIMES SERVICING IN LAST 3 months...

But still my problem of mileage n pickup r nt solved...

It's giving 10-12 mileage per liter... its really worst...

At every tym they r charging service charges n al but no result... they said to change air filter... but every tym they r saying their is no stock n wl cm in next week... n present speed of my scooty is only 20...

Pls its an kind request to solve it soon...
