SPARE PART DEFECTIVE AND COMPANY NOT READY TO CHANGE

Sir,

I am working in a HDFC Bank Ltd, Nashik. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S Sachi Honda, NASHIK. on 23/08 under regn no. MH 15 CU 1004. (Chase No. ME4JC446ga83767160) Engine No JC44E0821796

And we are doing the serving also from your authorised dealer M/s Rushabh Honda, Nashik as it is near to our residence.

There was a problem in fuel indicator as the same was being told to service manager always from the first serving.

As the fuel indicator always showing end signal even if the fuel tank was full.

As we have demanded the same to be changed they were saying that every thing is ok in fuel indicator.

And now in latest servicing they have tighted the handle which can even create a road accident / mishap.

And now asking us to pay Rs 300/- so that the same will be repaired.

Actually the both parts are supposed to be replaced in warrant.

As we have demanded for complaint book at M/s Rushabh Honda, Nashik and they told we dont have any such book.

If no action is taken i may be constrained to reddress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.
