Efusal of warranty replacement of parts

HI, My name is Gurbir Arora. I have contacted you earlier regarding my honda activa UP 15 AK 9531 and didnt recieve any response. As my activa is still under warranty and the company refused the warranty. I have details of all the services as I have always got my activa service from honda service station on time.and the company says that I have to pay Rs.8000 and refused to give warranty which is valid till 25/06.As the warranty is about to end and i have recieved no help from the company so i m forced to approach the coart of law.
