Service coplaint

Sir i have to put a complaint that i have purchased honda activa from mcs honda kanpur with full accesories and in doing service due to the fault of the service of welding done by mcs they burned my body part and light. i have complaint many times but manager itself is not taking any interest they are least interested in others money . there is no one to listen i am very much annoyed as honda is known for its service and quality so kindly take action as soon as possible.
