Defective Vechile delivered Fraudently

Fraudelently sold old Vechile by Honda Activa Dealer Itarsi MP,

I had purchased Vechile Honda Activa from Honda Dealer Itarsi, and Paid full amount but on delivery I found that they had delivered me the Old Vechile and I had paid for the New one.

The Combi assembly was replaced and all the front wheel wire are open and that combi assembly was given to some other customer, there is dent in side panel, there is no one to here the Customer and since from 9 month I was mentally tourchred and Harrasment by the Dealer of Honda Company. So i lodge the Complaint u/s 420 ipc against the dealer and the Honda Company,

Now I want my Vechile to be replaced by new one.
