Starting problem

Sir i purchased a honda activa in 11 feb from the sixth days my vehicle problem with battery and kick start i contect dealer they say this is battery problem i give the battery in warratny exide make atz4 .after 20 days battery come from warranty this same battery compony not replaced it. same day evening start same problem and went to honda showroom. he took battery and send to exide compony for replacement.after 15 days again same battery gave.again same problem started i cant under stand what to it.this honda activa fault or exide battery fault or dealer service faoult thanking.
