complaint against VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar (Dist: Thane. Actual Dealer name is STERLING SPARES PVT LTD since the same is not available in the drop down hence selected Sai Point Honda. I had been to VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar to inquire on the servicing of my activa recently purchased before 3 months. Earlier they informed me that total charges for servicing will be rs.150 now they are asking to pay rs.1500. Are they being trained before there placement in the honda showroom as the behaviour of the staff was very rude not at all helpful. No professionalism at all. Do you people train your staff on the importance of customer service??? i never expected such rubbish and unco-operative service from a reputed company. Staff with such a attitude is spoiling the name of the brand also. there is a problem in your production that within 3 months only i had to contact the service centre for servicing. Kindly get this checked with your respective branch in ulhasnagar teach them what is customer service how to speak with the customers's???
