Delay in Delievery

Hi,

I am Jitender Sharma, i have booked Honda Activa on 10-July from Bhasin Honda showroom at Raja Garden. They promised me to deliver scooty with within 3 weeks, i am waiting but no update from them, i have also sent couple of mail but they didn't reply my any email. below is the mail i sent. Please do need full.

Now it's already more than 3 months and since completing time they commited, i have been called them 10 times on phone and i am note getting satisfactory answer, everytime they promised me that we will call you in next 2-3 days but they didn't, at the end only i have to call them up. I am fed up with to catch them and ask again and again.

Please give me responsible answer, When i get my scooty? otherwise i will have no option but to forward this mail to some senior person who can respond me well.
