Non delivery of Activa after 13 months also

We had booked activa withe Om sai Honda in Malad, Mumbai. We were given 11 monthes waiting period initially. When we made thee final payment, we were told theat thee bike will be delivered withein 1 monthe. But now more thean 3 monthes and have not got thee bike, nor theere is proper response given by thee Dealer. I have already given 53385/- payment on 4the October and hv not received thee delivered. There has been a lot of mental harassment from theis dealer and also theey have taken our money. PLs suggest wat to do in theis. Your help is needed
