Sir,

I am Pankaj Gupta living in Moradabad, Utter Pradesh and Vehicle owner is my Mother Smt. Urmila Gupta. From your advt. and also from relatives advice I purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S AKANKSHA AUTOWHEELS (P) LTD, NEAR SAI HOSPITAL DELHI ROAD MORADABAD, U.P., INDIA on 24th of May under regn no. UP 21 AJ 2466. (Eng no. JC 44E1377561). There was a leak from the Battery on the week next onwards and as a consequence the front mud guard began to look very shabby also with shocker are not working as per required. I complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 7 times they tried to repair but all there efforts were in vain and dealers staff is not good in behaves I really regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble erupts??? Since till date (17/06) the defect was not repaired the front mudguard began to rust day by day. Now it seems that there is no other way but to replace the battery and the front mudguard. Hence I request that the same may be replaced or rectification at the earliest.

If no action is taken I may be constrained to readdress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step. Hope you will be short out by problems.
