PRODUCT IS NOT ASSEMBLED AS PER QUALITY STANDARDS

SIR,

I purchase a HONDA ACTIVA (SCV110B) Scooter on 4th Feb from Monka Auto mobiles, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur. The Scooter I revived is not up to the Quality Standards, I found some defects on The Scooter. After that I PROMPTLY made contact with the Dealer and they suggest for Repairing. But I don't want any repair on the Scooter, because I paid the FULL amount in cash...

So I request you to please make a replacement against this Scooter. Other wise I have to complaint this problem to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.
