Hi,

I have booked Honda Activa, in the month of Dec and been advised that I will get the bike within 15 days once I submit the full amout.

I have sumbitted the full amount to one of the dearler in Pune on 20 th Dec. But since now I am not getting any response from the dealer, And whenever I am calling he is saying that I will get the allocation details within 2-3 days. I am dam frustated now with this attitude and do not want to go for the same. I have been asking the dealer to return my money with the interest but he is not responding.

Need suggestion before I go the Consumer court.
