I had booked Honda Activa on 10 MARCH by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer VENETIAN HONDA HEM AGENCIES at RONIT ARCADE OPP. KANDIVALI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, S.V ROAD KANDIVALI (WEST) The vehicle was booked in the name of MANOJ K.SONI. I was given a commitment of 100 days for delivery of the vehicle.

OCTOBER 26 THEN FULL PAEMENT Rs.33438 BY CHQUE AND 20, 000/-BY LOANE HDFC DATED 01NOV.2010 BUT NOT DELEVER MY HONDA ACTIVA US ON DATE

I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, AYEGA TAB DEGA JAWO

I want the company to take some strict action against VENETIAN HONDA HEM AGENCIES for cheating the customer by giving unnecessary commitments and taking money from them.

Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing for a customer to wait for scooter for 10 mths and still not getting any positive response. I have lost interest in buying the vehicle and want compensation from the company for unnecessary helsing the customers money and wasting customer's precious time for waiting for the vehicle.
