Honda Activa Dlx
No tax payment receipt and ran 62 KMS before delivery

We have booked Honda Activa in Heritage Honda, Hunsur Road, Mysore. I made the payment on 5th Aug and showroom people said they will deliver the vehicle on 8th Aug. We went they said its not ready, again they promised me on 9th Aug. Again I went, they said Activa in is RTO office for registration. Waited around 2 hours, he said there is rain. After that i came to know that these people took activa by Drive not through Lagguage carrier. Finally got delivered on 10th Aug that time they ran the activa and it was very dirty. I asked them why it has ran 62kms, they were saying some nonesense answers.

Please let me know how we can take the action to this showroom and how i can escalate to Honda Company. They are not fit to this agency, because they are chating to customers.
