Delay in the delivery of honda activa (dx)

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that, I have booked activa honda (DX) on 31-10, from PILOT 2 WHEELERS PVT.LTD, 5, SUNDERBAUG, DEONAR ROAD, CHEMBUR, MUMBAI -400088.PHONE NO-67756775. EMAIL ID-pilot2wheelers@rediffmail.com and pilot.customercare@gmail.com. My booking no is 62302.I paid all the full amount of Rs49873 on 20-3.my cheque no is-044704, SBI, anushaktinagar branch. I was told that the delivery shall be after 120 days immediately. Now, there is almost two months delay . i had already given this complaint to you. So knowing this they called us on13-4-10 & told us that we would get our vehicle on between 15-20 aprii but now they are saying that it would take more fifteen days & not giving a proper explanation for the delay.

So, i kindly request you to take some strict actions against the dealer.
