Delay in the delivery of honda activa (dx)

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that, I have booked activa honda (DX) on 31-10, from PILOT 2 WHEELERS PVT.LTD, 5, SUNDERBAUG, DEONAR ROAD, CHEMBUR, MUMBAI -400088.PHONE NO-67756775. EMAIL ID-pilot2wheelers@rediffmail.com and pilot.customercare@gmail.com. My booking no is 62302.I paid all the full amount of Rs49873 on 20-3.my cheque no is-044704, SBI, anushaktinagar branch. I was told that the delivery shall be after 120 days immediately. Now, there is almost two months delay. We had already complaint this in the consumer forum. Knowing this they called us & said that the delivery shall be done within 2-3 days .but later they called us and said that it would take more 15 days. We had talked with the Director Mr Jagjeet, he told us that the vehicle has been sent to them on 4-4-10 but the manager Mrs Nirmal has told us that the vehicle has not yet reached here.they are unneccessary delaying & not giving a proper explanation. A person Mr N. Muralidharan, who stays in our locality had booked his honda activa on 19-12-09& he got his vehicle on 17-4-10.

So, i kindly request you to take some strict actions against the dealer.
