Non Delivery of Booked Vehicle

Hello,

I would like to register a complaint regarding delivery of a booked Activa which was done on 2/4. I was promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 3 months and even after the time has elapsed, there was no call-back done to intimate us about the delay. now after enquiry, the vehicle was told to be out of stock once again and a not prefered colour was bein thrust upon us. Not even that, when the booking was made, the price of vehicle was Rs. 51, 189 with accessories and now I'm being told to pay the current price of the vehicle which is approximately Rs. 1000 more than the price quoted while booking. Please can anyone explain this to me as the dealer has turned deaf ear to all this. this is alarming and I am seriously consider to pursue the matter further in case there is no response.
