Service charge taken instead of free fourth servicing

Sctooer Purchase Dt;20/8, from "Unique Automobiles"" Bardhaman (dealer code-WB100001). The due date of 4th free servicing Coupon was 19/6, and the date was given by the said dealer. I, have reached last week of June'2012 (approx time 11:30hrs) to get the servicing (4th free). As the persons of the workshop were too busy for unloading the incoming two wheeler and I, have been requested to come in some other day as the servicing will take too late. On goodfaith, I, returned back and again attended on 12/7, and get my scooter serviced. The Km reading was showing 3526KM during servicing. But they have charged the amt. of Rs.185/-(Bill No-1136, dt:12/7), saying as the service date failed, it has counted as paid srvice in stead of 4th free service. I, have failed to conveience Mr. Sheikh Jamir Hussain, the workshop Mgr. and paid the said bill. I, have tried to meet the director of the showroom, which has not been allowed.

There was not at all display of any notice regarding the subject of delayed service. Not only that they are charging this type of unwanted things during servicing and nobody is there to hear the things. It can't be the rule, that the workshop personnal make the judgement of the delayed service as per their own will and it will differ man to man. Most unfortunately the dealers are taking the advantages of the goodwill of the company. I, therefore requesting you to look in to the issue and help me to get the refund of the charged amt (Said), at the earliest.
