Fake shortage of Honda bike parts

I am using a honda cb unicorn bike, my back mud-guard has been broken, i am searching for the genuine honda part from last two months but i am unable to find it even in the authorised store.

The authorised store owners say that there is fake shortage from the company to increase the price. And this is resulting in black marketing of the honda genuine parts.

I request you to please make inquiries about the problem and take strict action against such illegal activities.
