Complaint about deale

Sir

I have met an accident while riding aviator, which was skid and fall down. As the road is at construction stage, its right side had some scratches, and right side rear view mirror liver broken and detached. As I have given the scooter for the minor repair at Aryabhangi dealer at Alwaye, they have advised me to have insurance claim. I have given the scooter with insurance claim and agreed me to give the vehicle as soon as possible. After twelve days, I have contact the dealer, but harshly told me that it will took more time, even they have stopped service if I am not agreed to their term. Sir I am working in a Major Fertiliser company in Kerala, and after my deal too many people came to know, and buy your scooter/motor cycle. I s this way your dealer reciprocate with customer it will effect Your good reputation in this field. So I request your good office to interfere with the dealer to maintain good relationship with customer'
