Poor Vehicle service

I had given 2nd free service in Jayanagar T block. I had informed them about starting problem and they informed it has been rectified but to my horror it wasn't corrected at all. Moreover the mileage was around 38 before the service and after service it had come down under 30!!! God knows whats in store for further services...
