Starting trouble

Please note that a vehicle was purchased on 04/12 {(Model code SCV110GA, Name Honda Aviator, Owners Name Ajitha.p, Key no 8361, Frame No ME4JF213L98006573, Engine No9007469, dealers code. KL060001, (M/s Johns Honda, Irinjalakuda)}and from the next week onwards the problem with starting started erupting and the same was brought to the notice of the dealer and the response by the service in charge Mr Pious was superb and the complaint was attended immediately and and the scooter was taken and returned and from the 5th day onwards again the same problem started and to put in brief till date the starting problem is not yet solved. Please note that for a vehicle which is a brand new, pulling the chalk and starting the same on all days is not practical and appreciable for a good scooter and the same a master product from a reputed and world famous producer by name Honda...

Please note that for the last one week pulling of chalk has become a necessity even within two hours of its putting in idle!!!

I request to please do the needful at the earliest
