HONDA AVIATOR
Late delivery

I am Amit kandiyal s/o Sh. Ray singh kandiyal.i have booked a honda aviator (black color) on 2 month booking from a honda dealer in rishikesh (only 1 dealer in rishikesh).last date of delivery was on 30.09.10.but still i have not received the scooter. After calling to dealer it is said by him that he do not have black color.for that i will have to wait for a uncertain time.then he offered me grey color.can you pls help me to short out this matter, what is reason for delay after booking a long period.whether dealer is not able to place properly order to honda or honda is not able to give delivery on time to dealer.at the end only customer has been suffering.
