Honda Aviator Starting Problems

Hi,

I bought a Honda Aviator on the 13th of August from Om Sai Autoworld. After couple of weeks, the scooter had self start problems, we promptly took the scooter to the Om Sai Autoworld service center at Kandivali (west), the service station said returned after repairing, the scooter ran for some days and again the same problem came up, ever since then the problem has persisted and now it does not kick start, forget about the electric start.

Need help on how I can get this fixed permanently, the service dealer is unable to fix this problem, every-time he comes take it does something and returns saying OK.
