Regarding aviator vehicle unserviceable

I have purchased the honda aviator on 25.09.2010 form paharia commercial house kankarbag Road Patna -20, Code BRO/1001. But the above said vehicle became unserviceable before 24 months. I have handed over the above said vehicle to your service centre paharia commercial house kankarbag Road Patna -20 on 16/07 who demanded rs. 10000/- (Ten thousand) on plea of purchasing its parts and bargaining me.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for immediate service of my vehicle free of cost in warranty period. Otherwise i shall be compelled to seek shelter from the court of law.
