HONDA AVIATOR SCOOTER
Strting problem

I purchased this scootter from Muthoot pathaanamthitta in March. After 4th free service, I have problem with the self start. I reported to the agency and they said the battery is weak I will have to replace it since my usage is minimum. I have a doubt that the agency is playing tricks to make the customer pay for a new battery. They are saying they are not responsible. How can a get a warranty on the battery since they are almost new. Honda should answer to this genuine complaint. How can they use such substandard battery which will cover only 3000 km. The bike was not idled at all.
