POOR MILEAGE & LOTA OF VIBRATING

I bought Honda stunner 125cc, in may. It produces lots of noise and vibrations while driving.

I reported this problem to Honda service center 4, 5 times but there is no resolution and its give a milege 40kmpl, and its handle gots jammed.
