PARTS NOT AVAILABLE IN AGENCY

I have taken a HONDA SHINE Bike No PB05N 3205 motor bike from Gyan HONDA, G.T Road, Ferozepur Cantt (Pb) Pin Code-152001.

Last month 27 Aug I hav given my bike for servicing due to small accident to my bike. The servicing and change Cylinder kit alongwith connected parts at all satisfactory to me. But show room mechnic asked to me your bike will be ready within two or three days and Job Card No 15525 dt 27.08.11 issue to me.

Hence the Gyan Honda Agency is not given any response to me when the bike is ready. I am suffering my work without my bike.

You are requested to take necessary action.
