Dear Sir,
I bought CBUnicorn from Maansarovar Honda Velacheri on 19/05. I left my vehicle for the first service on 5/6. After service I found my vehicle losing its smoothness and I heard some noise from the engine. So on the next day (6/6) I went there and said that I am not satisfied about the service done. They made me wait for two and half hours and there was no response from either the service Manager Mr. Murugan or the service technicians Mr. Santhosh and Mr. Vinoth. But what I countered back was sheer arrogance from these culprits. They say the original adjustments done at Honda factory before letting out a product enter into market are wrong and they are made ready only during such sequential service spans. They tried to convince me by saying that after 1st service the engine naturally gets stiffened because of the change in the engine oil. The following were the faults identified: clutch was not properly re-assembled; the disc brake assembly was not refitted properly; there were vibrations which were felt in the handle bar. I am very much disappointed by the quality of service “HONDA” is giving to its customers. Incapable service technicians, irresponsible service manager this sums up “Maanasarovar Honda”. We buy the Honda products based on the reliability it assures the customers. But if this is the original face of Honda then you are sure to lose your grip on the Indian market. I don’t know Honda how selects, trains and certifies such men as eligible technicians.
Here after I did not get any replay from Honda Bikes. Please do the needful.
