Delay in repayment of registration Money

Dear sir/Madam,

I booked honda brio car on 27th March at PENINSULAR HONDA (PROP PATEL CARS PVT LTD) Mangalore and paid Rs 20, 000 as advance. But due to financial problem I postponed my purchase for next year and I applied for cancellation. But they are not showing any interest to repay the said amount what they showed earlier. Kindly provide me the justice.
