Unsatisfactory service on rusting problems

I have a purchase Hona stunner motarcycle from JAGRUT HONDA RATNAGIRI on dated 25th.dec but within a year i am facing problem of rusting on front shockobservers i inform them time to time in this matter but they rteplyede me that we will call you after discussinc with our owner, but they did not call me. so plese provide a satisfactori solution on this problem within short piriod
