Delay in delivery

I purchased the honda city1.5MT from lally automobile pvt ltd D-196&160, okhla indl area, phase-1, new delhi on march. I would divert your attention towards the e honda who cheat by saying that they have the best customer service. I had given my honda city 1.5MT for the repair of 2 scratch a week ago by the promise that they back my car in two to three days but know its more than a week time i havent got my car. Every second day i go to check wheather my car is ready or not but they avoid me by saying that you we will get your car tommorrow. I am realy fed up by the day when i purchased this car. Please take relevent action against the honda.
