Late delivery

Hi.

i had booked for an honda aviator on 9th august. i saw in the showroom that the waiting period was written 45 days. but when i went to book they told me it will take 60 days. i paid the advance and they gave in written the waiting period as 60 days. when i contacted them after that they said that the company is manufacturing less disc models.first they said it will take one more weak.after a weak they said that you will have to wait more 30 days for the disc model. this was just disgusting.what can i do for that. i inquired in a local shop near my house . he is telling that he has plenty of that model. he will give me any color also and that too with in 2 days and if has the color at present, then on spot. he charges something 1000 to 1500 rs more. what should i do.
