This is what honda people had said

My friend. I have spoke to my manager and explained to him that we should not always believe the store manager but sometimes the customer is right. He agreed but to make himself protected he said for me to only pay on 2.5 lac only. I now have the say if you get this money or not as he has signed off but I need not send to the finance dept.

You think customer is a fool. I'll make sure I escalate this matter to the consumer court so that a Prestigious organisation like Honda should not repeat such kind of behaviour and negligence towards anybody. We had not asked for charity but you yourself offered the compensation amount. What exactly do you want, pls let us know?
