Poor service by vahini motors[honda], kollam, kerala

I have a Honda unicorn bike reg no KL 16 c 1320 which was registered from trivandrum kerala.

in Feb i came to kollam .my bike had a carburetor nozzle complaint and i couldn't start.

they told me that i have to replace unit called carburetor suction unit which will cost about 800rs

i gave to vahini motor kollam on 10/04 (ie before 2.5 months).

now they have no response

when i call them a lady took the phone and told me that she will call me soon.but they didn't do it.totally i made about 7-10 calls.

i sent an email to honda india on 13/05 but they didn't make a reply to me.i have got the system generated confirmation message from honda.
