Poor service, threatening

I have purchased a honda dio, the vehicle is having all types of complaints.the head lamp kit is now replaced.i only got the floor mat and ladies foot rest after 3 months of the purchase.now i am having a problem with braking.i told this to the dealer within 2 days of my purchase, but they neglected it, now they changed the brake shoe.i payed the amount for it, but i am facing the same problem with braking immediately after this.they are neglecting again..please help me to find a solution.
