Material failure of aft rim

I have bought Honda CBZ motorcycle on 22/12/08 from todi honda, 225C A.J.C Bose road kolkata. My Aft rim got crack within 10 months of use. When I complained Honda they are not listineing to it. Last more than one year I am not using my bike coz' repair cost is too much.
