Attery problem

I am facing problems regarding the battery of my activa. The battery has troubled me a lot since the day of purchase. I am not provided with the proper service. it is also inconvinient for me to go to the service station regularly . i am very disappointed with the service. it is not acceptable

the scooter is having problem in self start from day 1

i am assured each time that it wont trouble me anymore but it is not so

this is very bad on the part of the compoany that i am not getting the service to the fullest

this is annoying and i want some immediate action.
