Very bad experience with Bareilly Honda Car deale

Previously i was very fond of Honda cars but now I am highly unhappy with Honda company but still not with the cars they are the best. My driver door was damaged in accident 13 days back. I left my car to Heritage Honda 12 days back and they are saying door is not available in the company and now they are not picking up my phone.
