Non availablity of spare for long time

This is Abhoy Singhvi, owner of HONDA CRV Model, The problem of mine is, no response from the dealer, since two weeks ago on 3rd of Oct I was having problem with the Ignitation lock key & since than I have called the dealer so many times, there is no responce from the company, no body has turned up to atleast confirm the date, about when can it be available...
