NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT EVEN AFTER TWO MONTHS ON THE PLEA OF NON AVAILABILITY OF PART

My Two Wheeler HONDA CBF125M was handed over to BU Bhandari Honda Workshop, 2421 East Street Galleria, Saifee Street, Pune 411001 on 3rd week of April for repair, consequent to an accident. However, even after repeated reminder/correspondence with the Dealer, the vehicle has not yet been delivered to me even after almost two months on the plea that "SHOCK ABSORBER" front is not available in Pune District and Honda Motor Coy at Gurgaon has also not responded to the demand placed by the Workshop. I would request you to look into the matter and a suitable directions may please be issued to the Workshop viz BU Bhandari at MG Road, Pune for early delivery of my vehicle. Thanks.
