Subject: Complaint of defect in bike and poor customer dealing & services.

I have purchased a Honda stunner from Ganpati Autos in Gurgaon on 13th December.

Just after 2 days the oil started leaking out of the engine. I report the same to Ganpati Honda service centre in Gurgaon on the first service i.e., after a week of purchase. But they didnt do anything. Now on the second service i.e, on 27th January they said the oil seal is broken. But why didnt they replaced the same on 1st service (you can check for the same on job card- yellow slip). Oil packing leaked in 2 days of purchase is a manufacturing defect.

A brand name like Honda should not entertain such practices. Moreover the side panel of the bike came out of the hook in 3 days after the purchase (which is again a defect).

Moreover today when i get to Ganpat service center in Gurgaon to take my bike the replaced oil seal was billed to my account (again why didnt it was replaced on 1 st service, it leaked within 2 days of purchase) anyway, the service manager Mr. Sunil Das within a second showed me the page and the line of your warranty and i paid for the same instantly.

Now when the bike came to gate the rear seat was missing aand when i asked for the same I have to wait for 30 mins to get an answer. Finaaly they said they lost it.

I told them that i will complaint the same to Honda Customer service then the service Mangaer said"abhi to aap pareshani mein"(rit now you are in trouble) instead of apology this was his reply.

How unproffesional behaviour and attitude. This is to bring in your information because you claim you follow international procedure and provide world class services but this kind of behaviour may malign your brand image.

I had to miss my office today and got salary cut, who will compensate for that because of the late delivery of bike from service center.

Is this the way to deal with customers?

Is this how you sell bikes? with defects?

Is this the way to serve customer?

Is this the Global way of selling, servicing & dealing with the customers?

Please let me know if you have taken any action & also let me know if you have not taken any action.
